Xpeng has introduced the latest version of its G6 electric SUV, delivering significant upgrades in charging speed, driving range, and onboard technology. While the design remains familiar, the improvements under the hood make it an even stronger contender in the competitive electric vehicle market.

One of the standout features of the 2025 G6 is its ultra-fast 5C charging system. With this technology, the battery can go from 10 to 80 percent in just 12 minutes. A quick 10-minute charge adds an estimated 450 kilometers of driving range, making it one of the fastest-charging electric vehicles in its class.

Battery efficiency has been enhanced for extreme conditions. Even in temperatures as low as minus 30 degrees Celsius, the battery can charge from 10 to 80 percent in just over 15 minutes. A protective armor surrounds the battery pack, designed to withstand temperatures of up to 1000 degrees Celsius and absorb up to 80 tons of pressure in the event of a side impact.

The G6 is available in different configurations based on battery capacity. The Long-Range Max models come equipped with a 68.5 kWh battery, providing a range of 625 kilometers per charge. The Ultra-Long-Range Max Ultimate Edition features an 80.8 kWh battery, allowing for an extended range of 725 kilometers.

A single electric motor powers all versions of the G6, delivering 292 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque to the rear wheels. Acceleration from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour takes just 6.3 seconds, and the vehicle reaches a top speed of 202 kilometers per hour.

Xpeng has equipped the 2025 G6 with the latest version of its Turing AI intelligent driving system, integrating multiple cameras, millimeter-wave radars, and ultrasonic sensors to provide advanced driver assistance. The system includes adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, and enhanced collision prevention.

Inside, the G6 has received several refinements for a more comfortable experience. The vehicle now features a nine-inch digital rearview mirror, along with newly designed front seats that offer heating, ventilation, and massage functions. The dashboard maintains a minimalist design, incorporating a high-resolution central touchscreen, voice control, and smartphone integration. Passengers can enjoy ambient lighting, premium upholstery, and a panoramic sunroof, enhancing the overall sense of space and luxury.

For the 2025 model, Xpeng has introduced two new exterior colors, Starry Purple and Cloud Beige, providing more options for personalization.

Pricing for the new G6 starts at 176,800 yuan (89,711 AED) for the base model. The mid-range version is priced at 186,800 yuan (94,785 AED). The top-tier Ultra-Long-Range Max Ultimate Edition is available at 198,800 yuan (100,860 AED).

With its ultra-fast charging capabilities, extended range, and intelligent features, the 2025 Xpeng G6 stands out as one of the most innovative electric SUVs on the market. As demand for electric mobility continues to rise, the G6 delivers a strong combination of efficiency, performance, and technology for drivers looking for a next-generation driving experience.
