It features a front-engine layout combined with a quad-motor, individual-wheel-drive system. Built on the e⁴ platform, also known as YiSiFang, it boasts a robust body-on-frame chassis. Under the hood, this SUV is equipped with a 2.0 L BYD487ZQB I4 turbo petrol engine that serves as a range extender. The electric motor delivers an impressive 880 kW (1,180 hp; 1,196 PS) of power, utilizing a permanent magnet design. The powertrain operates as a range extender series plug-in hybrid, supported by a 49.05 kWh LFP battery. In terms of range, the SUV can travel up to 1,000 km (620 mi) according to the CLTC standard, with an electric-only range of 180 km (112 mi) under the same conditions. For plug-in charging, it supports 110 kW DC charging capabilities. Dimension-wise, the SUV has a wheelbase of 3,050 mm (120.1 in), a length of 5,319 mm (209.4 in), a width of 2,050 mm (80.7 in), and a height of 1,930 mm (76.0 in). The kerb weight stands at 3,460 kg (7,628 lb), highlighting its substantial build.
