2024 Huawei Aito M9 in-depth Walkaround The AITO M9 is a 6-seater full-size luxury SUV manufactured by Seres under the AITO brand in collaboration with HIMA. This 5-door SUV falls under the full-size luxury class. It features a front-engine, dual-motor, all-wheel-drive layout, available in both EREV (extended range electric vehicle) and EV (electric vehicle) versions. The EREV variant is equipped with a 1.5 L H15RT turbo I4 petrol range extender engine, delivering a power output of 365 kW (496 PS), while the BEV (battery electric vehicle) version produces 390 kW (530 PS). The EREV uses a range extender series plug-in hybrid system with a 42 kWh or 52 kWh CATL ternary lithium-ion battery, providing an electric range of 225–275 km (140–171 mi) CLTC in pure electric mode. The EV version is powered by a 97 kWh CATL ternary lithium-ion battery, offering a range of 630 km (390 mi) CLTC. The dimensions of the AITO M9 include a wheelbase of 3,110 mm (122.4 in), a length of 5,230 mm (205.9 in), a width of 1,999 mm (78.7 in), and a height of 1,800 mm (70.9 in).
