Recently, Zeekr introduced its new car, the 007 GT, which is its second shooting brake after the Zeekr 001KSA Zeekr 001UAE Zeekr 001, aiming to strengthen its position in this segment. Deliveries are expected to start on April 20 in China, with the model being renamed Zeekr 7 GT for international markets.
The Zeekr 007 GT comes in three trims with prices starting from AED 149,000, AED 165,000, and AED 172,000 respectively. Zeekr offers a limited-time incentive where customers paying AED 2,700 by May 31 for pre-order will receive a discount of AED 5,900 off the final payment.
The new vehicle is based on the electric sedan Zeekr 007 and marks Zeekr's second entry into the shooting brake category after launching the Zeekr 001KSA Zeekr 001UAE Zeekr 001 on April 15, 2021. Its dimensions are impressive: measuring at a length of 4,864 mm, width of 1,900 mm, height between 1,460 / 1,445 mm with a wheelbase stretching to 2,925 mm.
The lower-priced variants of the Zeekr 007 GT feature a single motor with a maximum power output of 310 kW and peak torque of 440 Nm, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just over five seconds. The dual-motor version boasts a combined power output of up to 475 kW and peak torque of up to 710 Nm, capable of accelerating from 0 to100 km/h (62 mph) in just under four seconds.
Powering the Zeekr is CATL's ternary lithium batteries along with their proprietary golden battery based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry. The LFP battery offers a capacity of up to75 kWh providing a CLTC range of up to650 km (404 miles). Meanwhile,the long-range nickel-cobalt-manganese(NCM)batteries hold100 kWh delivering a CLTC range reaching825 km(513 miles).
