The base model has a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine, delivering 250 horsepower. For those seeking higher performance, the GS trim boasts a 3.6-liter V6 engine that generates 310 horsepower and 282 lb-ft of torque. Safety is a top priority in the Regal, which includes a comprehensive airbag system. This system features dual-stage frontal airbags, roof-rail side-impact airbags, and thorax side-impact airbags for both the front and rear outboard seating positions. Additionally, knee airbags are provided for the driver and front passenger, ensuring enhanced protection during a collision. The GS trim of the Buick Regal also offers three selectable drive modes: Touring, Sport, and GS.
