Cadillac officially announced the launch of the Escalade 2025 with significant updates that include an advanced exterior and interior design, along with new technologies.
Exterior Design
The aesthetic updates were inspired by the electric model Escalade IQ, featuring vertical headlights and a larger front grille with various shapes depending on the trim.
The vehicle will also be available with 22 or 24-inch wheels depending on the trim, with three different designs, making it the largest wheels in the history of Escalade. The vehicle features electric doors that open automatically when the driver approaches, with sensors to prevent collisions with obstacles.
At the rear, the vehicle received new taillights and a redesigned Cadillac logo position, along with updates to the rear bumper and exhaust pipes.
Interior Design
The completely new interior features a massive 55-inch screen covering the dashboard, which includes a 35-inch screen for the driver and a 20-inch screen for the front passenger.
Additionally, the vehicle features a new steering wheel and ambient lighting with 128 colors, using high-quality materials and a modern design.
The Cadillac Escalade 2025 comes with standard semi-autonomous driving technology "Super Cruiser" across all trims, a luxury sound system with 19 or 40 speakers, along with several wireless phone chargers.
New Escalade Engines
The vehicle is available with a 6.2-liter V8 engine producing 426 horsepower and 624 Nm of torque in the base trim, with a supercharged version producing 691 horsepower and 885 Nm of torque for the Escalade V trim.
The 3.0-liter diesel engine has been discontinued, with all engines paired to a 10-speed automatic transmission and an independent front and rear suspension system.
Cadillac will commence production of the 2025 Escalade later this year, with pricing to be announced closer to the launch date.
