On July 4, 2025, Lynk & Co officially unveiled its new 10 EM-P model, a plug-in hybrid version of the fully electric Z10 sedan, during a global launch event in China. The vehicle combines modern design, advanced technology, and strong performance, with a competitive price estimated at around 200,000 Chinese yuan (approximately $27,900 USD).
Exterior Design and Dimensions
The Lynk & Co 10 EM-P features a design inspired by the company’s “Next Day” concept, with balanced proportions that give the car a strong road presence. The vehicle measures 5050 mm in length, 1966 mm in width, and 1487 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3005 mm. Compared to the electric Z10 model, the 10 EM-P is 22 mm longer and 19 to 24 mm taller, giving it a more elegant and sleek appearance.
The car is available in three distinctive new exterior colors: purple, gold, and beige, providing customers with diverse options to reflect their personal taste.
Advanced Driving Technologies
The vehicle is equipped with a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor supporting the advanced G-Pilot H7 driver assistance system developed by Zeekr, powered by the robust Nvidia Drive Thor chip. This system offers advanced features such as automated parking assistance, autonomous driving on highways and urban roads, and door-to-door navigation without requiring high-definition maps.
These technologies make the 10 EM-P an intelligent car capable of providing a semi-autonomous driving experience, enhancing safety and comfort for the driver.
Suspension and Engineering Platform
Built on the CMA Evo platform, the car offers an excellent balance between comfort and performance. The front suspension uses a double wishbone design, while the rear employs a multi-link system, ensuring high stability and precise handling under various driving conditions.
Powertrain and Performance
The Lynk & Co 10 EM-P operates with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine (Evo) producing 120 kW (161 hp) with a high thermal efficiency of 47.26%, combined with two electric motors delivering 180 kW (241 hp) and 90 kW (121 hp) respectively.
The total system output reaches 390 kW (523 hp) with 755 Nm of torque, enabling the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.1 seconds.
The system uses a 3-speed DHT transmission, enhancing efficiency and smooth transitions between driving modes.
Battery Options and Electric Range
The vehicle offers two battery capacity options: 18.4 kWh and 38.2 kWh, providing pure electric driving ranges of up to 120 km and 240 km respectively according to the Chinese CLTC testing cycle.
The fast-charging system can recharge the battery from 30% to 80% in just 15 minutes, making the car suitable for daily use and long trips without range anxiety.
Interior and Comfort
The interior boasts a spacious cabin area of 4.8 square meters, with a roof height offering headroom of 1014 mm in the front row and 951 mm in the rear, ensuring optimal passenger comfort.
Customers can choose from four interior color schemes including orange, white, black, and black with gold accents, allowing for extensive personalization.
The car is equipped with a premium Harman Kardon sound system featuring 23 speakers, delivering an immersive and high-quality audio experience.
Seats come with massage, ventilation, heating, and electric adjustment functions, with rear seats adjustable electrically between 117 and 124 degrees for added comfort.
Additionally, the vehicle includes a built-in refrigerator with a 5.7-liter capacity supporting temperatures from -6℃ to 10℃ for cooling, and 35℃ to 50℃ for heating, plus a small foldable table behind the front passenger seat capable of supporting up to 15 kg.
Pricing and Availability
The Lynk & Co 10 EM-P is expected to start at around 200,000 yuan (approximately $27,900 USD) in the Chinese market, with plans for a global rollout in the future, although availability outside China has not yet been confirmed.
