The operation of the air conditioning system in the Geely New Emgrand is quite simple.
To heat the cabin, just raise the temperature and adjust the airflow accordingly.
For cooling, press the air conditioning button first, then lower the temperature, and finally select the appropriate airflow.
The direction adjustment can be done using either button-type or knob-type controls, making it straightforward and memorable.
The wind direction can be selected through the icon showing 'a person sitting with an arrow', with modes for blowing to the head, blowing to both head and feet, and blowing to feet and windshield.
The air conditioning button is the cooling switch, pressing it will activate the compressor, in simple terms, this means turning on the air conditioning.
There is an internal circulation button, indicated by the icon 'internal circulation arrow'.
When the internal circulation is turned on, the blower will recirculate air inside the vehicle, which offers benefits like fuel savings and quick cooling, but it limits air renewal.
Additionally, there is an external circulation button, marked with the icon 'car with an arrow pointing inside'.
In external circulation mode, the blower draws in fresh air from outside, helping to keep the air inside the car fresh.
By default, the air conditioning is set to external circulation, so some models may not have this button.
